2. Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate Degree: Bachelor’s in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
Prerequisite Courses:
Programming
Discrete Mathematics
Data Structures and Algorithms
Mathematics and Statistics Skills: Basic proficiency is required.
3. Application Components
Online Application: Complete and submit via UPenn Engineering’s Graduate Admissions portal.
Resume: Detail academic background, work experience, research projects, publications, and technical skills.
Personal Statement: Up to two pages explaining your interest in the program, relevant experiences, future plans, and potential contributions.

5. Special Admission Tracks

Dual Degrees: Available with certain programs (excluding CIS/CIT/SCMP).
Accelerated Master’s: Open to UPenn undergraduates in their junior year. Deadlines: May 15 and December 15.
6. Financial Information
Scholarships: Most master’s students do not receive financial aid. However, the Dean’s Master’s Scholarship offers $15,000 for the first year (available to U.S. citizens and permanent residents).
