Individuals who already hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field other than nursing may consider an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program when preparing for a nursing career in the United States.

An Accelerated BSN uses eligible transfer credits from a previous degree to provide a shorter route to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing than a traditional undergraduate nursing program.
